About Us
The Company
Bodynet Ltd was established in 2004 to provide the vehicle repair industry with a new way to manage bodyshops and track repairs. Using the internet to deliver all the products available, Bodynet Ltd was the first company to offer a complete bodyshop management system available on the internet.
The company is also unique with its development operation being operated outside the UK. One of the three shareholders is a subsidiary company to one of Malaysia’s largest IT organisation. Along with supporting government organisations, the HeiTech Padu group also manage the nation’s vehicle parts and labour repair times database’s, along with hosting all motor insurance claims in the country.
Providing overseas assistance to Bodynet Ltd also allows out of office (UK) support for system upgrades and maintenance.
Since 2004, the BodyNet products have been expanded into numerous regions, including Australia and the Middle East.

Listed on the Malaysian stock exchange, HeiTech Padu Berhad is one of Malaysia’s largest IT companies in the country. Providing systems, hardware and its own tier four data centre, HeiTech also manages the motor insurance claims database and vehicle repair times and parts pricing for the whole of Malaysia.
As a shareholder of BodyNet Limited, HeiTech Padu provide the infrastructure and experience to assist in the building of a growing company. |

Total Accident Management are using the RepairTracker solution to assist in the collection and tracking of valuable claims and repair data. Recording and managing repair cycle times is also a key feature of RepairTracker to assist Total Accident Management in helping reduce the total claims cost of the repair.

- Ford Motor Company
|
In 2007, Ford Motor Company officially endorsed the BodyNet workshop management system as the only recommended Bodyshop management system to their accident repair network. Many of the Ford network of repairers are using BodyNet to help improve Bodyshop performance, and Ford are using the BodyNet KPI data collection system to collect monthly statistics.

Helphire use RepairTracker to comply with the general terms of agreement for credit hire companies. Daily repair process updates are managed through RepairTracker, resulting in a reduced requirement for actual Bodyshop contact. This not only reduces costs for the client, but also saves the repairer time in having to deal with multiple telephone calls with Helphire staff. |

Selsia is a national group of Kitemark and manufacturer approved vehicle accident centres offering a comprehensive range of accident services. The Selsia group partner with BodyNet Ltd by using our claims notification software, bodyshop management, and repair tracking solution within their network. We have been working very closely with Selsia to develop ClaimsPlus for them to notify their repair network of new claims, to promote BodyNet as the preferred bodyshop management system, and finally to track the progress of all their repairs using RepairTracker. |
